Diabetics at Whataburger

Diabetics need to be a bit cautious while dining at Whataburger. Almost every burger is rich in sodium content and it is highly recommended to keep your burger cravings in control while dining at Whataburger. However, you can always satisfy your cravings for a burger by choosing Whataburger Jr. or other non-burger items from the menu.

Foods to Avoid at Whataburger for Diabetics:

A diabetic should resist from ordering any extra meat-based burger such as Double Meat Whataburger or Triple Meat Whataburger to limit the sodium intake and calories. Most burgers except the Whataburger Jr. are high in sodium and hence should be avoided.

If you are a diabetic, you should also avoid Honey BBQ Chicken Strip Sandwich and Whataburger Patty Melt at Whataburger. Chicken Fajita Taco is also off-limits for diabetics. Burger King or Portillios - for some reason I chose BK instead of the Portillios next door. What was I thinking? The place was a ghost town and it was only 7:30pm; we were the only ones there for the entire time - which was actually quite nice. As for the food; it's BK. You know what you're gettin'. It was prepared okay. As for the restaurant; well, it was average. It was clean but the building itself is quite old and feels dirty. It wasn't actually dirty just feels like it. The service; it was good. Of course, with no other customers to deal with...

Can someone replace this place with Wendys? Burger King is going no where fast. The menu is no comparison to any other fast food restaurant whatsoever. They raised the price on the Whopper Jr. which was subpar to all other value burgers anyway. I tried the new bacon burger, YUCK. Taste like cheap, old, cold, imitation, squirrel. They have now tried to copy McDonalds oatmeal and did a HORRID job at it. It's watery, not sweet, and plain old nasty. Not to mention the same price!!!!! This place needs a reality check. And to be located right next door to Portillos, which is awesome....... Next!

Chose B-King because it was easy to get too. Maybe I have low B-King standards due to all the poor experiences in Chicago, but the drive through was actually quick. It was pretty typical foodwise. Nothing to write home about. There was an added bonus though. Outside there was a dancing burger which my son was obsessed with. It made him laugh.

I would give this place no stars if I could....first they forgot like half my order, and REFUSED to give it to me because some idiot didn't put a coupon in that i used. 25 minutes later, and totally aggravated, I sit to eat, and I have the world's 4 most annoying kids running in and out of the play area.....without socks on mind you-SCREAMING BLOODY MURDER....The mom did jack and the place was filty. I mean filthy....I refuse to return here again. Gross. I'd rather starve! Now I know why i stopped going to Burger King!

Well....here we are 8 months later. And I'm pleased to say that the service level at this Burger King has improved. The last time I was here, they were stacking cars, getting orders wrong and allowing hot food to get cold by not bringing it out to the customer. Now, the service is faster, cars don't get stacked up (or don't get stacked up as often), the food isn't left on the counter to get cold, and the employees that are there don't give you attitude anymore. I was there recently and from the time I placed my order to the time I pulled off with my food...was about two minutes. That's hot! This location has improved; at least in my opinion.

This review will sound similar to others. Bad service from someone that didn't understand English. We ordered through the drive through and asked for a plain whopper. Wait for it... It had everything. Also, the chicken fries were horrible! They resembled shriveled hot dogs. I recommend skipping BK and driving down the street to Arby's.

WARNING WARNING WARNING!!!!!! If in the AM you get a woman with a Hispanic accent BE VERY CAREFUL!! She will give you Caffeinated coffee instead of Decaf, use sugar instead of sweetener, give you regular soda instead of diet. She told my wife once "I don't know why people order diet, they taste the same". I get migraines when I have caffeine, every time she fills my order I get migraines. I have poured out MANY DRINKS from this place!!!

Service was fast this time, but the order was wrong. I ordered a Spicy Big Fish thru the drive thru. GOT A regular fish. Of course I was on a break for lunch and once I discovered the error no time to go back. Not the worst error but still.

It's BK! It shouldn't really be worth my time to do this but the lady on the phone (Sarah) n as I'm standing outside the door knocking n they just ignoring me I called n ask at 9:53pm WHAT TIME U GUYS CLOSE? She replies : we are close right now Me: ok what time u guys close thou? She replies : we are close at the moment Me: can u give me a time? She replies : 10 pm sir And as I look at my phone n it's 9:55pm I tell her that my phones time shows 9:55pm n then she says Well in OUR time it's 10pm Like ok!? So if ur trying to go there be there 15 or 20 mins before 10 cause their time is different than our times according to her
